Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Code Audit, an AI-assisted code security audit platform operated by Transplane Pte. Ltd. By creating an account, submitting code, starting an audit, unlocking a report, purchasing Credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. Service Scope
Code Audit helps users submit authorized source code, configure AI-assisted audit tasks, review vulnerability findings, unlock reports, and manage audit history and billing-related usage. The service may include web interfaces, APIs, model routing, workspace features, report downloads, admin configuration, and integrations with third-party repositories or payment providers. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and Credentials
You must provide accurate registration information, keep account details current, and protect your login credentials, tokens, and session access. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace, including actions by invited users, administrators, automated integrations, or anyone who obtains access through your credentials. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or a credential compromise.
3. Authority to Submit Code
You may upload, import, or analyze only source code, binaries, repository metadata, configuration files, dependency manifests, and related materials that you own or are authorized to test. You represent that your submissions do not violate third-party rights, confidentiality duties, employment obligations, export controls, or applicable laws. You grant us the limited rights needed to process those materials, generate reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Code Audit to attack our infrastructure, disrupt other users, bypass usage limits, probe accounts or systems without authorization, upload malware for operational deployment, generate reports for extortion or unauthorized disclosure, resell the service without permission, scrape or overload the platform, reverse engineer non-public service components, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
5. AI Audit Results
AI audit results are advisory, probabilistic, and may contain false positives or false negatives. Code Audit does not guarantee that every vulnerability, exploit path, dependency risk, secret, configuration error, or compliance issue will be detected, and it does not guarantee that every reported finding is exploitable or complete. Reports should support, not replace, secure development practices, human review, threat modeling, testing, and professional security judgment.
6. Models and Third-Party Services
The service may route audit prompts, code excerpts, metadata, and generated outputs through configured AI models, model gateways, hosting providers, storage services, repository integrations, payment processors, and other service providers. Model availability, behavior, latency, and output quality may vary by provider, configuration, region, plan, team group, or administrator policy. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes outside our control.
7. Plans, Credits, Usage Limits, and Report Unlocks
Access to features may depend on your plan, workspace settings, payment status, available Credits, report unlock state, model permissions, upload limits, concurrency limits, or administrator configuration. Monthly Plan Credits expire at the applicable monthly reset and are consumed before purchased, welcome, bonus, and top-up Credits, which do not reset monthly. Trial or promotional grants may be changed or withdrawn, and excessive or abusive usage may be limited.
8. Payment, Cancellation, Taxes, and Refunds
Paid subscriptions, one-time Credits purchases, payment methods, invoices, taxes, and billing portal flows may be handled by our payment provider. You authorize charges only for plans or Credits purchases you expressly select, plus applicable taxes. Billable product actions deduct from your available Credits balance and do not create an automatic metered charge. Subscription cancellation takes effect according to the billing flow shown at checkout or in the billing portal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, stated in a specific offer, or approved by us for a service error or duplicate charge.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded source code and, as between you and us, the reports generated for your authorized audits. We do not claim ownership of your code or private repositories. Code Audit, the platform software, workflows, user interface, analysis orchestration, documentation, branding, and underlying technology remain owned by Transplane Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may use generated reports for your internal security, remediation, compliance, and engineering workflows, subject to these Terms.
10. Confidentiality and Sensitive Materials
We treat uploaded source code and generated reports as customer materials used to provide the service, but these Terms are not a standalone non-disclosure agreement unless we sign a separate written agreement. You should avoid uploading secrets, credentials, regulated personal data, production keys, or materials that you are not permitted to share. We may access customer materials when needed for service operation, support you request, security investigation, abuse prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
11. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue features, models, integrations, pricing, quotas, limits, or access paths to maintain security, improve the product, manage cost, comply with law, or respond to third-party provider changes. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but the service may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, incidents, provider outages, network issues, capacity constraints, or events beyond our control.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion through available settings or support channels. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, abuse the platform, or use the service in a way that could harm us, users, providers, or third parties. After termination, access to projects, uploaded files, and reports may be limited or removed, subject to export options, backup retention, billing records, and legal obligations.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
The service and all audit results are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete vulnerability detection, guaranteed remediation outcomes, or suitability for any regulated compliance requirement unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transplane Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, security incidents in your systems, or loss of data beyond stated service behavior. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You are responsible for your submissions, instructions, users, integrations, and use of audit results. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from unauthorized code submissions, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful disclosure of findings, or use of reports in a way that harms third parties, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide non-waivable rights. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, pricing, model providers, legal requirements, or operating practices change. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, email, website notice, or another appropriate channel where required. Continued use of Code Audit after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms for future use. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel paid subscriptions before the next renewal where applicable.
18. Contact
For questions about these Terms, billing disputes, legal notices, or permitted use, contact [email protected]. For suspected account compromise, vulnerability disclosure, or urgent security concerns involving the Code Audit platform, contact [email protected]. Support and privacy requests may be routed to the appropriate mailbox so the request can be handled by the correct team.
